Once you receive your Hide-It Holster you have two (2) weeks to try it out. If it doesn't seem to be working for you, simply give us a call (required) so we can assist you with learning how to use the holster. Once we are assured that you are using the holster correctly and you still want to return it send us an email at info@UltimateConcealedCarry.com and we will provide you with return instructions. We will buy it back, less original shipping and our return fee assuming it is returned in “like new” condition. "Like New" or “Original” Condition means the holster must not look used. It must be free of all scuffs, creases, scratches, clip or gun marks. If a returned holster looks used and cannot be resold as "new" a refund may be considered but not guaranteed.

Even after your two-week-try-it-free period is over, the holster still carries a limited lifetime factory warranty. We will repair or replace it as long as you own it if it exhibits manufacturing defects in any way under normal use as long as you have proof of purchase from our organization.
